    Features Of Shuttle-Type Machine

    This machine is suitable for producing medium and large-sized products with different process a, large product differentiation and small quantities. In addition, this machine is also able to continuously produce products when its molds are changed, which is small in footprint and highly practical.

    Mechanical Part

    The equipment is designed and manufactured using a modular concept.

    • Oven: Fully verified by CAE testing to ensure uniform temperature distribution inside the oven. The cylindrical oven structure greatly improves the efficiency of space use and has low heat absorption. The furnace door is specially designed with an anti-deformation structure to further enhance safety during use. By monitoring the oven temperature in real time, it can not only effectively reduce energy consumption, but also significantly improve production efficiency.
    • Heating chamber: First, the circulating fan below the heating chamber is responsible for blowing hot air into the oven, while the air suction port at the top allows the remaining hot air to flow back to the heating chamber. This design effectively avoids powder accumulation and reduces the risk of fire. Secondly, the inner wall of the heating chamber is made of stainless steel, which is strong and durable to ensure long-term stable operation. Third, the thermal circulation fan is paired with a dual cooling system to provide strong support for the long-lasting and stable output of the device.
    • Rotating arm and head: The whole body adopts a fully enclosed design and is manufactured using the casting and forging process. After heat treatment, the performance is greatly improved, making it safe and reliable to use.
    • Swivel arm load-bearing capacity: Accurate assessment with the help of mechanical CAE analysis technology.
    • Rotating arm ventilation function: The design ensures uniform thickness and is equipped with an exhaust gas recovery and environmental protection device, which can effectively reduce exhaust gas emissions and optimize the workshop environment.

    Combustion System

    Different kinds of burners are selectable, like Weishaupt (German brand) and Maxon (American brand), which can be heated using natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas, diesel oil, and electricity.

    Control System

    • PLC control: Siemens’s PLC manages data over Ethernet with standardized circuit.
    • Arm Configuration: Each arm can be set up three stage heating, and each stage can be set up with different heating temperature, time, main and counter shaft speed, and circulation air volume.
    • Cooling function: cooling, delay, water mist, multi-stage setting of air cooling.
    • Storage function: store production parameters of corresponding products; The position of disassembly and assembly station is fixed to improve the efficiency.
    • Disassembly & assembly process: rotating arm is wireless remote-controlled, which is safe and efficient.
