    Features Of Shuttle-Type Machine

    This machine is suitable for producing medium and large-sized products with different process a, large product differentiation and small quantities. In addition, this machine is also able to continuously produce products when its molds are changed, which is small in footprint and highly practical.

    Mechanical Part

    The equipment is designed and manufactured using a modular concept.

    The cylindrical oven structure greatly improves the efficiency of space use and has low heat absorption.

    Heating chamber

    First, the circulating fan below the heating chamber is responsible for blowing hot air into the oven, while the air suction port at the top allows the remaining hot air to flow back to the heating chamber. This design effectively avoids powder accumulation and reduces the risk of fire. Secondly, the inner wall of the heating chamber is made of stainless steel, which is strong and durable to ensure long-term stable operation. Third, the thermal circulation fan is paired with a dual cooling system to provide strong support for the long-lasting and stable output of the device.
