Mr. Zhu Guocai, Chairman of Rising Sun Rotomolding & BSD Technology & Obei Technology Co., Ltd., gave a speech. He reviewed the contributions made by various departments in the company's reform in the past year, from the production system vigorously promoting the lean production model, to the sales team using the system to actively develop new customers, to the overcoming of difficulties in technology research and development, each step embodies the wisdom and sweat of all employees. At the same time, he also pointed out the difficulties that occurred in our reform process, and made targeted countermeasures, pointing out the direction for us in the new year. At a time when industry competition is becoming increasingly fierce, only by carrying forward the spirit of hard work accumulated over time and continuously breaking through the situation can we move forward steadily in the market wave.
