Many rotational molding products require secondary or even multiple feeding during the production process! How to conduct secondary feeding safely and effectively has always been a research topic for us!
General Process Flowchart of Multi-Time Feeding:

The feeding method for open-flame equipment is relatively simple and direct: feeding is carried out directly into the mold opening through a feeding hopper!
1) Traditional Manual Feeding
It requires opening the oven door for manual feeding. This method increases heating time, raises energy consumption, and may also have operational safety issues, so it has been abandoned by many companies.

2) Top Feeding of Oven
A reserved opening is set at the top of the oven. Cooperating with the rotating arm positioning, powder is injected into the corresponding mold through a feeding hopper. This method ensures continuous high temperature inside the oven, reduces energy consumption, and is safer to operate—it is currently a widely used method.
Secondary feeding can also be realized through an automatic weighing, conveying, and batching system!

3) Multi-Layer Feeding at Oven Side Wall
It can be operated in conjunction with a material conveying system, making the process safer and faster.


4) Secondary Feeding Hopper
Design a heat-insulating hopper; cooperate with a pneumatic system to realize automatic feeding for the feeding hopper; it can realize multi-layer, multi-color, and multi-material processing of products, such as PE foam processing.
