General Composition Structure of Hydrogen Storage Tanks:

Rotomolding process is one of the core processes for manufacturing the inner liner (plastic inner liner) of hydrogen storage tanks. For the inner liner, there are usually the following key requirements: excellent hydrogen permeability resistance, good temperature resistance, lightweight characteristics, stable process adaptability, and material modification potential. At present, we mainly use XLPE (Cross-Linked Polyethylene), PA (Polyamide) and other modified materials to manufacture the inner liner, and such materials have high requirements for the precision of production equipment and molds.
